Clinical Board

The VetPartners Clinical Board comprises a network of clinical communities, representing all species and disciplines, who are highly motivated and passionate about progressing care together.

Listening to our practices and responding to their clinical needs is critical to the work we do. Led by Dr Rachel Dean BVMS PhD MSc(EBHC) DSAM(fel) SFHEA FRCVS, the Clinical Board work with our clinical communities and lead our clinical quality improvement and clinical research programmes. Together we want to optimise clinical outcomes for our patients, our clients and our people. We are passionate about evidence-based practice and want to improve our knowledge base for clinical decision-making. Together, we drive new knowledge to support informed choices, providing the right care for our patients and clients, whatever their circumstances.

We work with honesty and integrity, welcoming external partnerships with like-minded people, to contribute to the evidence base for the benefit of the whole profession.

We are committed to supporting each other across our different practices to continually progress care together. The Clinical Board communities help to make VetPartners a great place to work. There is always the chance to learn, grow and pursue clinical interests with the support and encouragement of others. We are not afraid of difficult questions or actioning change for the benefit of the patients we treat.

Together we drive new knowledge through our clinical research and quality improvement projects to support great choices and make evidence-based veterinary medicine a practical reality for all.
