Pet discount

Receive 10% off all products and services at our small animal and equine practices for up to three pets or pleasure horses, increasing to 33% off all treatment procedure fees at the small animal/equine practice you work at. You are also eligible to a 50% discount on our small animal Pet Health Plan if registered with one of our practices and the annual fees paid at that practice.

Maternity, paternity, adoption and surrogacy leave

We’re proud to be a family friendly employer. Maternity Benefit is a payment made to women who are on maternity leave from work and covered by social insurance (PRSI) and will be topped up by the Company for a period of time, for qualifying colleagues. On return to work from maternity leave we offer a 5% of salary return to work award to be paid in the first month. Paternity & Adoption Benefit will also be topped up by the Company for qualifying colleagues. Further information can be obtained from the Handbook and Family Friendly Policy.

Wellbeing

Wellbeing within our teams is important to us at VetPartners. We established our Wellbeing Group in 2017 to support colleagues and promote wellbeing throughout the organisation. The Wellbeing Group ensures excellent training resources are available for all, awareness of the importance of all aspects of wellbeing and that support is available (anonymously if necessary) to promote general wellbeing, as well as help those at the point of crisis.
