Head of Organisational Development

Rob is a former small animal vet who spent the majority of his time in practice focusing on orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery having gained his RCVS Cert in Small Animal Surgery in 2008. Since 2016 he has been involved with the central team at VetPartners leading the VetPartners Graduate Programmes. 

In 2018 he joined the People Team where he is now Head of Talent a role that includes Recruitment, Learning & Development, Careers and Vet School engagement.
