• Delivering a multi-million pound development plan on time, budget and to a high standard.

 

• Lease renewals and rent reviews, schedules of dilapidations, rating valuations, insurance works.

 

• Compliance, including electrical installation condition reports, CP 12 gas certificates, asbestos management plans, fire alarm and emergency lighting certificates and other planned preventative maintenance works.

 

• Contractor procurement, consultant appointment and contract management.

 

• Estate management matters.

 

• Property strategy to support the business across the VetPartners estate.
