Every voice matters! Our Colleague Engagement Survey is coming
AT VetPartners, we're committed to creating a great place to work – and one of the most important ways we do that is by listening to you.
Our annual Colleague Engagement Survey returns in mid-September, giving everyone across our practices, central support teams and businesses the opportunity to share honest, anonymous feedback about what it's really like to work in your team and workplace at VetPartners, wherever you're based and whatever your role.
Your feedback helps us celebrate what's working well while identifying where we can make meaningful improvements. Every response gives us a clearer picture of the colleague experience and helps shape the actions we take to make VetPartners an even better place to work for everyone.
A new survey partner
This year, we're introducing WorkBuzz as our new engagement survey partner, following feedback from colleagues and a thorough review of potential providers by a cross-country working group.
Best Companies has supported us well over the years, and we’re proud of everything we’ve achieved together. Moving to WorkBuzz isn’t about leaving that behind – it’s about building on those foundations with a platform that gives us even better insight into what matters most to our colleagues.
Everything you tell us will remain anonymous
WorkBuzz will make it easier than ever to take part. The survey can be completed in just a few minutes on your phone or computer. Your responses will remain completely anonymous, just as they have been in previous years.
The new platform will also help leaders understand feedback more quickly and clearly, combining survey scores with anonymous comments to identify key themes and priorities. Results will be available within weeks of the survey closing, helping teams turn feedback into meaningful action sooner.
Have your say and give back to charity
The survey launches in mid-September and we’ll share confirmed opening and closing dates closer to launch, along with everything you need to know about taking part.

For every survey completed, VetPartners will donate €1 to charity. The money will be split between Irish Guide Dogs and Guide Dogs NI.
