Self Service Password Reset
Welcome to the VetPartners, self service password reset tool. Here you can reset your password for Office 365.
It is recommend changing passwords regularly to help enhance security.
Following the link below will guide you through the process and will require authorisation through MFA (Multi Factor Authentication).
Please note this utility is solely for Office365 and does not assist in changing passwords on any Practice Management System

The guidelines for any password change are shown below:

Minimum length: Passwords must be at least 12 characters long

Passwords must contain 3 of the following to make the password complex:

Upper Case letters (A-Z)

Lower Case letters (a-z)
-
Numbers (0-9)
-
Special Characters (e.g. £,$,=)

Common Words: Please avoid using words that can easily be guessed

Unique Password: Must be unique and not reused across different accounts

Old Passwords: Old passwords cannot be reused
